Planning recruitment in health is a subject the keeps the world health systems very busy. The subject got extra importance due the shortage of man power in the field, especially registered nurses and doctors, but not those in this profession, in the western world and also in Australia. These days the health department in Australia are setting up a body to specialise in planning and creating health recruitment.
In this review were chosen eight case studies that included bodies dealing with planning health recruitment in Europe, at the American continent and in Israel. Examining the the work of those organisation and/or the groups whom are dealing with the subject has been taken place following questions that the health department recognised as important to be important to learn and understand.
